The staff is wonderful; so helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable, except the pillows could be firmer. It would be nice to have a tea pot in the room. The location is really great and it's so easy to get around. I really like the Hotel and would stay here again if I come to Vienna. I liked staying in an historic hotel.

They allowed for an early check-in and the staff provided friendly service, check-out was quick, and the restaurant served delicious hot meals.

Good quality traditional feel. Very obliging staff. Nice terrace on which to have breakfast or late evening drinks. Good location near city centre but in quiet surroundings.

Really needs air conditioning. We had one of the few rooms with air con but it did not work properly - blowing air but not cooling it at all. Can get very hot in mid summer

Good location - 5 min walking from underground station (and a lot of attractions in walking distance), nice atmospheric interior, clean rooms, variety of choice at breakfast, helpful personel, quite satisfactory Wi-Fi speed and connection of all over hotel.

No air-conditioning in the rooms. One big minus - there was always smell of cigarettes (sometimes very strong) in my room though I lived on non- smoking floor.

Varied breakfast and great food choice. Nice interior, clean bathroom, functional room. - Excellent, fantastic location in the 09. Alsergrund district – really close to most major sites. - Easy to reach by subway.

A little too noisy while claening/service personnel working during the morning and early afternoon hours.

We had a great stay here before and would recommend it to anyone, everything was excellent during our sunny two-day visit.
